Words used to mean what they were defined as in the
dictionary. Today the PC police interpret words with the proper as well as
imagined definitions. It is easy to come to cross purposes with some one, who
reads into your words, things you didn't intend. We have become responsible for
other peoples interpretation of what we say. We are guaranteed the pursuit of
happiness, not the right to not have your feelings hurt. "Keep off the
grass" has an entirely different meaning today than it did 50 years ago.
